I don’t know why, but when Christy asked me to do this session for her, I freaked out just a little bit inside. It’s not that I was worried that I wouldn’t get great pictures….I mean, her kids are gorgeous. I don’t know…there was something about it that just made me more nervous that I usually am (and yes, I do get butterflies just a little before every single shoot…even after 5 years!). I mean, she sees my pictures (hundreds of them!) on a day to day basis, she knows how I shoot, she knows all of my kid “tricks”….she knows what I am capable of doing! But what if I was off (as if!)?? She’d be the first to know! And then I’d have to see her every day! :) It was silly….whatever that nervous feeling was. But thankfully, I overcame, and I got what think are some of my favorite pictures yet. I know that there are a ton of them. I told her on the day of the session that I was REALLY going to edit her pictures down to just a few…well, that didn’t happen. Here are just a FEW of them (and I mean a VERY few compared to what I’m showing her!).
